The short version
Floorfiller has no accounts and no servers that hold your game data. Everything lives on your device: your DJ name, your coins, gems, tracks, stars, fans, gear and settings. You can delete all of it yourself, right now.
Option 1: Erase inside the game
- Open Floorfiller.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Erase all progress.
- Tap Erase to confirm.
This deletes your progress and your DJ name from the device and cannot be undone. There is no cloud copy, so we cannot restore it.
Option 2: Uninstall the game
Delete the game from your phone. This removes all of its saved data from the device. If you reinstall later, you start from scratch.
Purchase records
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and we never see your payment details. Records of your purchases are held by them, not by us, and are governed by their policies. To manage or ask about that data, go to:
- Apple: privacy.apple.com and the Apple Privacy Policy
- Google: Google data and privacy and the Google Privacy Policy
Anything you emailed to us
If you have contacted support, we keep your email only to answer you. To have it deleted, email support@neu.so with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete it and confirm, within 30 days.
