Using the game

These terms are an agreement between you and Neu Software LLC ("we", "us") about the mobile game Floorfiller: DJ Music Game and this website. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. The game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority, use the game only with a parent or guardian's permission, especially for purchases.

License

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these terms and the rules of the app store you got it from.

Apple standard EULA

If you get the game from the Apple App Store, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") applies to your use of the game, in addition to these terms. If there is a conflict about the license, the Standard EULA applies. Apple is not a party to these terms, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. If you get the game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Gems and virtual items

The game has virtual items such as coins, gems, tracks, chests, gear, stars and fans ("virtual items"). Please note:

• Virtual items are part of the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services outside the game.
• You get a limited license to use virtual items in the game. You do not own them.
• Virtual items cannot be sold, traded, gifted or transferred to another person or device.
• We may change the price, amounts and effects of virtual items and game features over time.
• If the game is discontinued, your virtual items may stop being available.

In-app purchases

The game is free to play. You can optionally buy gem packs (currently from $0.99 to $19.99) and a one-time Starter Pack. Prices may differ by country and are shown in the store before you buy. Your payment is handled by Apple or Google under their terms. We never receive your payment details. The Starter Pack can be bought only once.

Items are delivered to the game on your device after the store confirms your purchase. If a purchase does not show up, see the support page.

Refunds

All payments are taken by Apple or Google, so refunds are decided by them under their policies, and not by us. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google through Google Play refund help. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the law where you live.

No cloud save: purchases are tied to the device

Rules

Do not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or extract assets from the game, except where the law allows it;
• cheat, tamper with the game's saved data, or use tools to get virtual items without paying;
• sell or rent the game or use it commercially;
• use the game in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the app store.

Ownership

The game, its name, logo, design, code and original content belong to Neu Software LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you any ownership of them. The name and logo of Floorfiller may not be used without our written permission.

Third-party content

The game includes music, icons, 3D characters and software from other creators, used under their licenses. See the Credits page.

Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise the game will always work, be error-free or be available on every device. Nothing here removes any warranty or right you cannot lose under the law where you live.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Neu Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new effective date will be shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the game after a change, you accept the new terms. We may also update, suspend or end the game at any time.
